Q: How much does it cost to rent a tent in Salt Lake City?
A: Our tent rentals start at $99 for a 10x10 pop-up tent. Mid-size 20x20 and 20x30 tents range from $299 to $399. Our largest 20x80 tent is $999. Any applicable delivery fee includes delivery, setup, and takedown.
Q: What size tent do I need for my event?
A: As a general guideline our 20x20 tent seats approximately 32-40 guests, our 20x40 seats 64-80 guests, and our 20x80 seats up to 160 guests. Not sure which size is right for you? Call us at (801) 808-7085 and we'll help you choose.
Q: Can you set up a tent on concrete or asphalt?
A: Yes — for hard surface setups we use cement weights or water barrels to anchor the tent instead of ground stakes.
Q: Do the tents come with sidewalls?
A: Sidewalls are available as an add-on for $25 each. They attach directly to your tent frame and provide protection against the sun, wind and light rain. We recommend adding sidewalls for spring and fall events when Utah weather can be unpredictable.
Q: How far in advance should I book a tent rental?
A: We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for standard tent sizes. For our larger 20x60 and 20x80 tents we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance as these require more coordination and advance site assessment.
