Cancellation Policy

At Jumpolines, we understand that plans can change, and weather can be unpredictable. To ensure flexibility for our valued customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation and Raincheck Policy:

1. Deposits: If you need to cancel your reservation, we will issue a raincheck for any deposit paid. This raincheck can be used towards a future rental with us at a later date.
    

2. Notice of Cancellation: To qualify for a raincheck, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled rental date. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a raincheck. Cancellation made the day of a scheduled rental, not weather related, will result in a forfeit of the paid deposit plus any amount paid towards the rental, neither refundable nor credited back to the customer (extreme exceptions can be made).
    

3. Raincheck Usage: The raincheck may be used at any future event but must be booked using the same email. It is non-transferable and can only be applied to future rentals with Jumpolines Party Rentals.
    

4. Weather-Related Cancellations: If adverse weather conditions (such as rain, severe winds, or storms) are expected on the day of your rental, you may cancel for a raincheck, regardless of the notice period. Safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
    

5. Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that deposits are non-refundable. The issuance of a raincheck is the only form of compensation for cancellations.
    

6. Reschedule: We are happy to move your event to a different day or time. In the event customer postpones their event date due to non-weather related conditions, Jumpolines will make every effort to reschedule the rental of the same units on an alternate date. When same units are unavailable for rescheduled date, similar or like units, may be available.

In the event the rented units are installed and operational at event site, event date is considered official and will not be rescheduled, refunded or a raincheck provided.

Delivery and Usage.

In the event of light rain with forecast for clearing skies, items may be delivered and installed as requested. Jumpolines further requires that precipitation must have stopped and units be dried (wiped down) before resuming operation. For safety reasons Jumpolines reserves the right to cancel the rental due to inclement weather.

In the event of wind conditions exceeding 15 MPH, Jumpolines' units may be installed but not inflated for use until the wind condition improves to less than 15 MPH.  If/when wind conditions rise in excess of 15-20MPH, units must be evacuated, blowers disabled, and units deflated until the wind conditions improve to within acceptable limits.


Severe Weather Cancellation

High winds, precipitation and thunderstorms pose hazards for the safe operation of our inflatables.  Our policies below outline treatment of rentals when encountering such unfavorable weather conditions.  Note that these policies are specific to inclement weather conditions.

At Jumpolines, your children's safety is our top priority, and we will make every effort to deliver and set up each and every rental reservation. However, due to increased chances of injury or electrocution, we cannot set up if it is actively raining. For safety reasons, Jumpolines reserves the right to cancel the rental due to inclement weather. Customers shall have the right of severe weather cancellation up to the day of the rental. Upon installation of units, however, units shall be considered rented and subsequently non-refundable.

This policy is limited to justifiable weather cancellations only and does not apply to any other reason for customer cancellation.
