HOW IT WORKS:
During the checkout process, we wil collect an anticipated number of guests at your event. This will determine the deposit, or cost, of the food truck to show up to your event. Customers will be responsible for the cost of their own meals at the event. IMPORTANT, there is a minimum sales amount per expected guest amount (see table below). It takes a lot of preparation for these food trucks, and we want to make sure everyone, customers and vendors, are satisfied. If the minimum sales amount is not reached, the order holder will be responsible for paying the difference between the minimum sales amount and the actual sales amount to Jurassic Tacos at the end of the event. This does not include the deposit paid upfront.* Customers and/or corporations will have the ability to pay for entire party.
